Value For Money :
Excellent
Apparently HARLEY BENTON is a registered Thomann house; eh ben hat guys this is a great job for very little money. And she is true bypass, and when the switch is off, it is completely forgotten.
A solid metal housing, a footswitch is also solid, 3 knobs.
Of course, underneath it says MADE IN CHINA. It is not that Teutonic cable pedals less than 30 €!
UTILIZATION
A user manual ... What is LinkedIn?
Three big knobs DRIVE, TONE, VOLUME, too soft, which can not keep a preset. At least not for a guy like me too meticulous. As the settings are obvious, I do not really pose problems.
I have to adjust the output volume of the pedal low enough if I want to keep a balance between the clean and saturated. So, if it is to type solos, there is a good margin boost to bring out the overdrive sound.
SOUND QUALITY
Connected between a Les Paul and a Fender HotRod Deluxe All Tube, it allows me to avoid using the HotRod saturated channel, which is too vague and "unbalanced" for my taste.
It offers a good range, bluesy crunch to overdriven classic rock solos.
No breath when she switchée off.
At first she gives her best in front of an amp all-tube, but in front of a Roland CUBE, it offers very good results too.
Come on, I'm good to find a default minimum DRIVE even I can not have a crunch lightweight (like Piers Faccini, who do not intend on arpeggios but is triggered when you attack a little ). But there is probably a good pedal for that
OVERALL OPINION
Purchased at Thomann 6 months ago, and suddenly I'm in a lot of other test that ridiculous price. In addition she is pretty (well, at least with stylish colors and monkeys firecracker).
Go ahead, 2 times this price you will not find better!
