I recently installed the mic on one of my guitars in the bridge position, wanting it any different from a classical-humbucker.
The Stockholm comes as a "big" P-90. It includes what voicing typed with 3 different points, giving it a more modern, more "fat" than conventional P-90.
- More low mids
- More serious
- A significant output level

I use it exclusively for the big crunch and distortion. It is very impressive, hard to believe that a single coil can give so much power. Halfway between a tart and a single coil humbucker, it takes the best of 2.

Here is how it presents micro BKP:
"Yes, They Have That definitely distinct character With A P90 high resonant peak year and almost" Quacky midrange response. They Do clean up very well, though noticeably more modern They Are in voicing Than the Mississippi Queen. I'd say They Are perfect for alternative rock and metal handle Cdn Certainly though do not expect 'em to sound like a humbucker. You Could aussi use for bluesy rock' em if you want a rich and fat sound P90. "
"The Stockholm Is Still a true P90 design, I just wind it finer gauge wire With A for more output. It has a lovely warm high end and excellent fat tone."
