Published on 09/25/14 at 17:16Recently acquired, I was looking for a P90 bridge position to the height to fit my LP'55BB come and properly balance the sound with this staple Alnico V in the neck position.
However, the Bare knuckle doing very well in crunch / saturated with good dynamic solo micro acute that I liked well, provided you lower the pitch for attention to ears-)
This Hysteric P90 when to him, is like a gans! Rendering as it should be with a balance, a peach, a vibrant, shine without aggressiveness.
Middle position the sound is balanced and does not overflow serious, while maintaining good gloss without becoming "deaf".
Infallible in clean crunch as flawless, it remains open and accurate with great harmonic richness, very complementary with the neck pickup + city above.
The violin of my Les Paul is finally highlighted as it should be, the balance is subtle but the record is incomparable!
Impossible to recreate in writing and any samples that I could listen no reason to really showcase the high quality of this microphone.
Guy at Micros boutique succeeded in meeting my expectations by making this microphone to measure by "Hysteric Bar" only after listening carefully to what I was looking for ... Bullseye, bravo! It's just perfect!
