« Notice Lollar P90 »
Published on 10/28/12 at 02:27Well I think I will be very different from previous opinions.
I did not like it at all.
I have quite a collection of guitars with P90 and I love that sound, my microphone is preferred. And I tested a bunch of P90 all brands.
I mounted this set of Lollar on a Les Paul and I end up with a Godin ...
More grain or fat in the sound I had lost my Les Paul ...
Too right, too Bright, Hifi too.
Total loss of personality.
I still have a lot of trouble understanding the success of these microphones.
If you are looking for a real sound test P90 Van Zandt ... then there's no picture, it's P90 as they like, cut to the Blues.
And with a grain inimitable, my guitar revie (although Gibson P90 origin are already very well job). Yes there is a sound vintage, but not with these Lollar.
