Launch Control is a compact MIDI controller designed for completing the Launchpad controller, and featuring 16 assignable knobs, 8 three color backlit launch pads and 4 function keys.
It can be used for levels, filter and effects control and you can trigger the pads to mute or activate effects, and even launch clips and scenes.
Launch Control can also be used to control apps on the iPad (requires the Apple Camera Connection Kit, not included) or your DAW (Ableton Live, FL Studio) on Mac and PC. Connection and power are supplied by the USB port (also powered by the iPad).
The device ships with 8 factory templates and you can also create 8 user templates with your own MIDI-Learn parameters. Also included is a software bundle with Ableton Live Lite, Novation V-Station and Bass Station soft synths, a Loopmasters sample pack and the Novation Launchpad app for the iPad.
