I am surprised that there are no reviews for this remarkable product.

I use this computer from ending for two years. I have no desktop computer since. And I'm totally delighted. MODEL I chose this because I wanted an ASUS and a resolution of 1400 * 1050 for the screen.
I added 256 MB of ram to get 512. (Always add more ram on Asus laptops). Performance is remaquables, I had to make OCASI speed test with portable supposedly equivalent to other brands and rsultats give a good head start at L3800. The utility provided dnrgie economy significantly increases the duration of battery operation.
For traveaux intensively using the hard disk (video, music ...) I recommend using an external drive.

I had to try OCASI other phones, none pleased me as much.

ASUS is a great brand laptop I recomand you, they make more for other brands such as Dell and some Apple (Parrat it).

With experience, I would have waited a few months to buy the following MODEL (same price, more options). But I could not know .
