I have this PC for 6 months.

- What is so special that you love the most, the least?

More:

Large 17 "screen with high resolution 1680x1050 very convenient to display a maximum of information with software such as Steinberg Cubase or Ableton Live.
Power more than adequate for creating audio for games (Core 2 Duo T8300 2.4 Ghz, 3 GB DDR2, 320 GB HDD, GeForce 8600M GT).
Embedded numeric keypad.
FireWire stable with a MOTU Ultralite (buffer to 1024 to avoid desync).

Less:

A bit noisy but still acceptable, especially on stage (given the size of rooms, you really have to be next to hear).
Very hot! Do not use on the lap

No, but I spent a lot of time on different forums to give me sufficient notice to avoid a purchase that I have regretted.

PC relatively expensive (€ 1179 purchased in April 2008) but considering its performance and reliability, it's worth it!

The computer is an area that is evolving very quickly, my choice would definitely a new model. In contrast, the GX700-207 is a good pc for those who can afford it.
