« Excellent cell »
Published on 02/24/13 at 13:18How long have you been using?
Since 2007
Did you try many other models before buying it?
Ortofon Concord and OM (elektro, pro-s, pro, scratch ...) Shure M44-7, 680 Stanton, Stanton 500 and so on ...
What is so special that you like most and least?
PLUS: The original look, its sound quality (beautiful treble, beautiful well rounded bass, flat mids ...) sound very similar to the M44-7 say otherwise excellent! And especially do not damage the vinyl as a ortofon!
LESS: Less good grip on the groove that M44-7 but very good for the mix ... for fans of scratch, I think this is not the appropriate cell!
How do you rate the quality / price?
Price is not excessive I saw the quality of the product
With experience, you do again this choice?
Yes, but ... for those who already have M44-7 (which is my case) do not change, if not for aesthetics, as they "stick" better in a whitelabel vinyl and are more powerful (9 , 5mV for M44-7 and 6.5 mV for whitelabel!) For other practicing mainly mix go really!
