Audiffex will release this month the v1.8 update of its InValve processors and a new Chorus plug-in in the Studio Line Series.

InValve v1.8 will add RTAS; AU 64-bit and VST 3 support, and will feature a completely redesigned GUI. The three preamp, EQ and compressor plug-ins will also be able to handle 1–8 channels without the need to use the special mutichannel version.

The update is expected mid-september.

Audiffex also introduces the Studio Line Series with the STA Chorus, a VST, AU and RTAS plug-in for Mac and Windows (32 and 64-bit). The Studio Line Series offers affordable studio effects with special valve circuit modelings from various manufacturers and hardware devices. All plug-ins will have an option to set the interface color so you can distinguish several instances easily.

The STA (Summing Tube Amplifier) feature mixes the wet and dry signals and adds a non linear distortion for vintage sound This effect is designed to be used as an insert effect and a Wet Only option is available if you want to send the processed signal only to the output, for use in a send bus.

The first plug-in in the Studio Line will be a Chorus, and will be available for $19. More info at www.audiffex.com.
