The Drum Forge announces the release of their first processing plug-in, the DF-Xcite multiband exciter designed for drum mixing on Mac and Windows.
DF-Xcite gives you the ability to improve the sound of your drums by processing them on four independent frequency bands, each with drive and mix controls and a choice of three saturation modes. Each band can be separately bypassed and The Drum Forge included an HQ button to enable oversampling for enhanced audio resolution as well as presets (Modes) to help you find the right sound.
DF-Xcite is a VST 2/3, AU, RTAS and AAX 32 and 64-bit plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows. It is available for the introductory price of $59 instead of $79. You can listen to demos at drumforge.com.
