Excellent
- How long have you use it?
12 years (beginning with the amp that went with Ross).
- What is so special that you like most and least?
150 W RMS, 300W Peak. SPK not too heavy, handles good, and quite aesthetically. For the price (I have paid about 2300 francs at the time the pair = 350 euro) they sound pretty good. The treble is precise enough for this type of material not too expensive, but the original tweeters are fragile (I had to be replaced quickly by others I do not remember the reference). The bass is adequate as long as there is no synth in the group of samples or loops with really low bass. My bass player goes in and it's going, but all the big bass frequencies well have disappeared from my synth. Well, the HP is not serious in 15 "so there's no miracle. Unlike acute, the lower HP have never had any problems when they were instead abused.
- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
Some (Peavey EuroSys, YAMAHA) but were less expensive and ROSS s'ensortaient better than the classics that I tried.
- How would you rate the quality / price?
Very good quality / price ratio
- With experience, you do again this choice? ...
Difficult to answer ... With the same budget, if they still existed, perhaps, but I am fortunate to have increased my purchasing power for 12 years (and I think also soon be replaced).
