Published on 10/29/10 at 01:36Used for 18 months, this speaker pair is perfect for my use: ball orchestra sound with 2 or 4 players or small party Dj (100 to 200 people indoors). They are supplemented by a subwoofer but ART 705 m 'Sometimes, for small DJ nights, not to take the case.
Before we had JBL EON G15 but I found the sound too shrill and a bit garish, and I started with a sound Peawey but the sound quality really has nothing to do.
But I want to recalls that the sound quality really depends on the entire chain (mic, mixer, cables) because this quality will be limited to the "weak link".
What I like most:
- Sound Quality
- Possibility to use them without cabinet
- Reliability (so far no problems despite a speaker have been hit by a drunk while she was on her foot)
What I like least:
- Weight: late night everything is too heavy ....
- LED control equalizer placed in front of the enclosure (I prefer to side select button ...)
To conclude: I am very satisfied with my purchase.
