New to the world of sound, I wanted to buy a double CD player with the ability to read the mp3 format. Having a tight budget, I made the rounds of various brands, and I'm déciodé for this player I have since April 2007.
When I bought this player, I was seduced by its looks, the control section into three units high, and that it is compatible with the mixer of the same brand that I had at that time, so we can consider that these are the only highlights of this drive.
2 uses in the evening, the player works well, plays mp3 files without any problems and I am amazed!
And curiously, one year after purchase, the problems begin:
- The reader cuts the music full track
- The "autocue" disappears from the display and reappear when he is ca!
- Difficulty reading audio CD
- The pitch is becoming more and more feeble!
- The loops are less accurate!
Here are his weak points! Since, however conscientious and careful with my equipment and not having used as a nag, I can not explain what is happening. So I'll bring it back to the store or vendor awarded me a two-year warranty (étrange! Does this mean that the reader will not exceed two years?! Distrust then!)
Before purchasing this player, I tested a double cd IMG STAGE LINE, which certainly did not read the mp3, but that proved more effective than the one I present.
Having had a price to the store or I bought, the price / quality ratio can be good, but I am very disappointed with this player. Obviously I do not would do the same choice.
This will serve as my lesson, I do not buy cd that mark in this range! I hope to buy a player and stronger brand recognition.

Small addition to 30/07/2008: I got this drive to the store in early June. Verdict of the seller: the light units were shifted and read heads have been cleaned. Then I think the problems are over, and that this drive will work properly.
ERROR! On first listen to my cd, a weird noise is heard during the title search, a week later, more noise when loading and reading the cd. And finally in beaiuté, the left side of the player no longer recognizes me the cd, and the
failure that hurts, especially when it occurs during a birthday party last Saturday night! Fortunately, I still have a backup platinum, and the dj who was with me had a pc with software mixing!
I strongly discourages any cd of this brand and these players are a real crap, cheap, avoid! Numark, Stanton, Pioneer, are trademarks stronger and certainly more professional.
I put an mp3 for the function.
