Published on 09/22/10 at 05:39So I buy the mpu 320 two weeks ago and I am delighted.
load time is fairly quick cd, a little longer when there are news CDText (2 s).
what surprised me is the loading speed USB device:
a 4GB USB key armored music: less than 10 seconds
ditto with the same key with any kind of file it (other manufacturer recommends not to put mp3 as above, but there, Word files, divx, programs that do not bother)
and a 500 GB USB hard drive with 150 GB of music: less than 20 s.
and at lea first connection to the device. Once connected, as we n'éteind not the reader, when changing from CD to USB, no waiting time, the list of repertoire and the song stayed in memory.
Research in the directory is easy, if we properly classify its records, normal.
not test with a cd mp3. I also think that I'll use it forever, usb is really more convenient and fast.
access support usb can make 2 player at the same time, and even the same song! and without any bug.
the only bug I've run into is reading the cd text info on a normal audio CD, burned. it took me the resort and to deliver it in the drive, so that it reads all the data. but it does not surprise me so much on a CD burned.
otherwise, only one loop, but she is really perfect.
bpm counter auto + manual works well, whereas in this price range is often counter only manual.
pitch 4 / 8 / 16 / 100% cd (only 4 / 8 / 16% on usb, sniff) with Masterton (keylook) works well, again, is that price is not bad.
there is no explicit function "brake" to simulate a vinyl stops, but cd player, with either the pitch fader or knob pitch, it has the same effect because it comes down to - 100%.
j'orai liked a pitch 100% on the usb too, but ...
bend jog / scratch touch lets have some fun. of course, you and away from a flat plate denon or pioneer, but the effect is not ridiculous.
the screen is ultimately very readable in all conditions, the function available.
the grip is very fast even for a beginner.
all made a media player innovative, efficient, pro-looking.
Obviously, for use intenssive, we will turn to the denon or pioneer (who says pro, said work tool, said investment in height). but for use in mobile disco light, is the top. that's more reliable than small USB interface connected to a laptop with Windows ...
Other manufacturers will have s'alligné on the price / functionality / quality, and stop product designed to offer there are over 5 years.
