I had four luminosity is zero, the device is plastic not even worthy of a toy playskool, the color on my 4 scans were not the same, and I got at least a failure by night ... Brief beings warranty, I do repair and sold under warranty, for much cheaper than new but too bad, I was glad to no longer powers. I took Martin RoboScan pro518 on occasion, and frankly given the price difference, I do not regret it ... At least that's the pro gear.
