Best value:
Excellent
Single prototype model
Specs according to the luthier Maiter:
French alder body (wood purchased in 1989)
Bolt-on Canadian maple and African rosewood, 22 frets
the frets are Dunlop 6140
The pearl inserts come from a provider that serves Vietnamese Fernandes guitars
Easel original Bigsby B5
Pickups 2 Custom SP "brown sound" hand wound by Jeremy Begouin
Mechanical tremlock Wilkinson
Polyurethane finish, glitter "LilDaddy" Roth monster "ruined red retina"
2 volumes, 1 tone, 3-position selector
The finish is very good, it's handmade with a lot of small details.
Details killing 2 knobs "skull" and neckplate engraved with a beautiful vixen in a miniskirt.
The red glittery finish takes a maximum, depending on the angle and the light glitter change color, we see far and shine brightly with Bigsby, chrome and metal plates it gives him a New look retro customized as a beautiful harley.
Shy refrain is there to be seen, angus young can get dressed.
UTILIZATION
SG shape with ass recut the sickle, it is super comfortable as a SG but a little heavier (about 3.5 kg according to my old mechanical balance)
The handle is typed les paul and therefore is well in hand.
Easy access to acute saw cutting.
For sound, vacuum is already very resonant. Once connected it is the apotheosis.
SOUNDS
Difficult to be difficult, the pickups are very versatile and can play any style you want, a nice clean, including the center position is very balanced, mellow or angry crunch according to your settings, and a snarling distortion to wish that roars like a tiger in heat.
I play with a Hughes and Kettner Edition Tube 20th anniversary and a multi effect Boss ME70.
I love all the sounds, it's versatile enough to cover the classic metal sounds, his chosen field is still the big rock. But should not expect to have a twang or a twist or choubawop bebop, it's still a guitar to humbuckers.
I think in the future the splitter to get more sounds.
OVERALL OPINION
it's been almost one year since I have and I never get tired of looking at it, I'm almost in love, Lucie Fair possessed me.
I have tried many other models, I have seven other electric guitars in the apartment with a fender strat texas special jap mounted in a g & l legacy usa a lag rockline snake made in France, a young chang strat customized A to Z, a gibson les paul studio lite, a orville and paul standard esp eclipse 2 AHB. I think to sell some that I use less as the lag and g & l for lack of space and under.
The fair lucy is a kind of super SG design by harley, it mixes elements of multiple types of guitars in a kind of unbridled fusion.
I love the look that leaves no one indifferent and crunchy sounds rocky and that it is unique.
What I like least quibble is the lack of split pickups and mechanical that are correct but not at the Sperzel or Schaller.
The value for money is great because I got it secondhand (1 year of use) directly from the master luthier at deflated prices.

AMV deserves to be known, its production is small but very original and quality. (Http://amvcustomguitars.wix.com/amv-custom-guitars).
