You said medium? Well I must have very big fingers because it botleneck finally agrees to none! Too narrow or too wide for atrial therefore never correct.
Not being an expert, I can not judge the quality of the sound when using. Especially as the size, again, is not appropriate.
In the end it is not very important in view of the fact that I have virtually never need to use it.
