Value For Money :
Excellent
I received it yesterday! It is a snare 12 tie o_O! All copper stamped with circles of size 14x3, 5 inches purchased on e * ay for cinquentaine euros.
This is a copy of the Pear Piccolo brass to three times the price more.
The skins are a basic ch! First and luckily I had skins Rabes in 14 "pouces.L tuning is hard! It is better to have 2 keys for setting a tuning easier and more efficient than the be careful in étoile.Si you a single key should gradually tighten the bolts to the risk of relaxing the next two drafts if you want to grant too fast as a DC "normal".
Sound:
Typed copper is very powerful, a real hammer blow to spice up a game type in dinamiser Reggae / Funk / Rock / Jungle / Pop, for my part it is calle in 2nd snare drum next to the djembe for my style (blues / rock / pop / reggae)
We love: The hammer slamming, precise, no frills, no metal sound of snare drum cheap and other sta * g ..
We love the look that makes it a jewelry and marries well with my kit attrocement vintage gold .. rhodo gold amber! We like the rim shot peter which the house!
We love it: crashes not all is, it must be dosed his shot to draw all its possibilities, the skins of origin, but given the price I expect it to Evans's.
I had a lot of snare sticks in my ... never had before this one piccolo, classics (Deep> Maxtone> Yamaha> Linko> Maxwin> Tama> Royalstar Star> Doppler) And it's completely different, more acute because of its shallow depth ca claque entry that already assay a Timbe on a 14x5 is not easy so you can imagine the potential to be explored on a 14x3, 5!
The value for money is good! 50 euros 20 euros skin to predict, it's better than 290 euros for a Pearl or Yamaha Piccolo 200 euros ..
I do it again this election and I will soon buy a doppler in Chrome 13x3 piccolo to see the difference!
