Mildon Studios has announced the release of HUE-X, a new EQ plug-in designed to let you "colorize your sound instantly and easily."
It’s the successor to EQ9 and EQONE, which are both now discontinued and are no longer available.
HUE-X gives you 10 faders for controlling different sound characteristics such as Depth, Boom, Fullness, Warmth, Body, Clarity, Sheen, Brightness, Sparkle, and the newest addition: Punch, which makes use of subtle dynamics, according to Mildon Studios.
It also has a waveform display to help you visualize how each fader affects your sound. It can be used on Mono and Stereo tracks.
Pricing & Availability
HUE-X is available for Windows as a VST effect plug-in and it costs $15. If you buy it before the end of the year you’ll also get the forthcoming Lemonstrum 3 “Acoustic Guitar Strummer” for free.
