OverTone DSP has released the VTE-2A Stereo Vintage EQ Windows VST plug-in.
Created by the engineers responsible for the linuxDSP software, the OverTone range brings this DSP processing to Windows and other operating systems.
Modelled on some of the classic analogue EQ designs is the VTE-2A Stereo Vintage EQ. The VTE-2A uses DSP technology first developed for plug-ins on the Linux platform, to provide an EQ with an analogue style frequency response without requiring CPU intensive and latency inducing upsampling, according to the company.
