Sónimus will launch its new SonEQ Pro plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows on September 20th.
Though based on the SonEQ freeware (see this news), SonEQ Pro is a brand new EQ plug-in with an extra mid-high band equipped with high and low-pass filters, as well as drive and gain controls.
The plug-in retains some of the functions of the freeware but Sónimus adds that their were improved, for example the EQ curves which were redefined.
SonEQ Pro also received new controls, including a Bell switch that transforms the low-end frequency band into a bell filter or a high-cut that combines a 6dB/octave low-pass to a shelf filter.
SonEQ will be available in VST, RTAS and AU 32 and 64-bit formats for Mac OS X and Windows. AAX versions are expected soon.
Price: $49
