This little amp transistor is announced at 30 watts. He has a guitar input, a headphone jack and a footswitch. A bass and treble adjustment, a knob for gain and one for volume, a little switch o / drive, it's not complicated. The VGA 30R also benefits from a spring reverb which can be measured intensity through the aptly named Reverb button.
UTILIZATION
It is not complicated, there's this need and no more. We would have liked a little control medium.
SOUNDS
To play the blues, it's good, even great. The rest of you go your way. The sound is very medium, little low (see HP's small and subwoofer). But the sound! The sound is very warm. The amp responds to the sharp attack by a small copper crunch very, very "sax", while the nuances of the game are subtly rendered. I tried the store with a Lag The Blues, I have not even thought about it, I bought it on. Like a tube amp, the gain is very gradual, and even with the switch o / d button and the aforementioned gain knob fully, one must be very bitter to really saturate it. With my semi-hollow, whouaaa. I saw. So I decided to build a reputation, by writing this opinion.
OVERALL OPINION
It is home for a week, and I no longer use my big MG50DFX. I paid 70 euros, and I do not cry. I wanted a small tube amp, but I have few resources. I tried the Peavey (the Valve King, very little for me, the Classic, too expensive), Fender (Field 600 is fine, but too expensive), the Laney VC30 (500 EUROBALL, aouch) of Hughes n 'Kettner (all meals), and this nifty little transistors while I like that. And if the urge comes to get a G5, or turn it into a DIY quality, I should not ruined in the meantime. If it again?
