I have to start prciser these dimensions: 17x30x32cm and weighs 5.2 kg ...
NOT AN ORDINARY GUITAR AMPLIFIER!
Transistor amplifier class A / B, 100Watt. The connection: just between 1 (switch to select between: 0dB Input: 10mV-2.5V,-10dB Input: 20mV-5V), effects loop, XLR output symmtrique (can connect to a table, m me if the phantom-power button is on), output line out, tuner output (= supplmentaire line out) switch ground (to eliminate noise), buttons: volume, bass, midrange and treble).
Can connect to the 110 and 220 without having to make a rglage. No effect, "soft clip" Intgr.
2 speakers 5 inch proprietary NEO-POWER.
Comes with gigbag for transport well being protected.
UTILIZATION
There is nothing complicated to use. The equalizer is effective trs, and the sound is DIVINE. I should say the sounds, because you can do so much with the 3 button in the equalizer. J'tais about to buy a Bluesman Jazzkat or when I come across notice of the wonder and without trying I bought. The manual is in English only, but given the simplicity of use ...
SOUNDS
Submitted as it is an amp for acoustic guitar, but in the doc it says it is ddi o any acoustic instrument sound research should be perfectly Fidler in acoustics of the instrument. I tried it with half a body Hagstrm (HJ600), and I t poustoufle by the beauty of sound and the possibility diffrent turning slightly the 3 equalizer knobs. (Trs jazz, blues, rock, country, what you want) Then I plugged Taylor acoustic guitars (the 514CE, and ns52ce) nothing wrong, exactly what we want to hear The sound is round and both lens, never hard!
In the end I plug in my bones Legacy (Type of Start at G & L - dernire work by Leo Fender) and a Fender USA + ... That's it DCID I sell my Peavey Classic. (I prcise I never play in the crunch, or saturated.) J'tais so wins the first night that I almost did not go to bed.
OVERALL OPINION
I always wanted a small amp quality but I think that Phil Jones is the first known to have a combo of the CRER size of such quality for professional use. The report qualitprix is incredible, and even more expensive I would have bought. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and yes, I do it again the same choice without hsiter. (Price Pay 250) Market price approx. $ 600 (U.S.) or 470 (in France)
