ADK Media Group LLC. has announced an agreement to acquire Sonica Labs.
The transition is effective immediately. Sonica joins ADK Pro Audio, ADK Video Editing, and ADK Gaming as business partners under the ADK Media Group LLC company.
Founded in 2000, Sonica Audio Labs designs and manufactures computer systems optimized for the professional audio industry.
ADK Media Group was founded in 1998 as Advanced Design of Kentucky. ADK Pro Audio partners with companies such as Yamaha and Digico for creating commercial audio workstations.
