Japan 2002
24 jumbo frets
Seymour Duncan: 2 Lil'Screamin'Demon (neck, middle) Pearly Gates (bridge)
Charvel licensed Floyd Rose, black hardware
1 Volume, 1 Tone
Bolt, Maple "bird's eyes", satin
Ebony fingerboard
Mahogany body and Koa table, burgundy lacquer, transparent

UTILIZATION

Channel fine enough, with touches rather large (like Wizard II), very soft.
The frets are rounded, slightly filed down the end of the key ... very hard for the fingers! ... But I did not used to tighten the handle when I have to dislocate one!
Good access to acute: junction at the 19th key.
Therefore weight but well balanced in play standing or sitting.
Its side, the Seymour Duncan are balanced, with a grain that sounds "round" rich mediums for the S'D shiny for PG. The sound retains its texture even when we lower the volume with the S'D.
The Floyd is stable and sensitive, the bar goes a little too much for my taste, the agreement is (set from 10 to 46).

SOUNDS

The palette of sounds ranging from jazz to hard. The sound seems too rich for casseroles or funky rhythm: maybe he lacks a push-pull on the volume to switch to single coil on the S'D? we will have to work the EQ!

OVERALL OPINION

I (almost) everything in music ... and the guitar follows.
I chose after a long trial store, with Floyd Rose Stratocaster SSH, and two Ibanez Prestige and S2170FW RG2550E.
The choice was made in fine with the S2170FW, the gameplay seemed close, but which made her less well in my ears!
I just buy it but the favorite is such that the urgency was to find the exact model ... and at this writing!
Try an emergency ... if you have the chance to see one!
