3 single coil pickups.

Until then everyone understood what is a strat.

UTILIZATION

The handle is very comfortable to play with a radius close to the flat, access to acute is not done as easily with a guitar "shredder", but it's OK not bad thanks to its cut.

In sound, a sound palette was quite friendly and versatile that you can use without going into extreme, this guitar is a Fender feel and does it well.

SOUNDS

To talk about the sound, this guitar has the typical Fender, but if you tend to lend an ear, we see that it is actually quite messy. I develop: We handle a position that is very correct, which provides good heat and a small punch in the attacks. The microphone in the middle, it offers pretty funky sounds, which are supported by most of the maple fingerboard (slamming his warranty). When passing on the micro bridge, I must admit that I was disappointed, we get opportunities but rock too loud, to my taste may be. So when we choose the intermediate positions we have interesting mixture.
I play a bit of everything, so I'll make a topo

I played with a Marshall JCM800 head, and I replaced the bridge pickups by Bill lawrence L-500. It is acceptable we can send rock, it says not enough precision and definition in the bass to go further.

For the Blues, with an amplifier and a warm vintage overdrive, it keeps the grain intéréssant fender,. except in the JCM800 it lacked precisely heat

For the Jazz, it provides a good color and a good sound in the clean and crunch, great expressiveness.

I also recommend it for funk and there one feels that it is his domain, slamming punch with a wah or without it does it well. It also corresponds to reggae.

You'll understand it lends itself to all games except really extreme. It also gives good effects modeling. I've tried with a multi effects from boss and the result was satifaisant.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for about 2 years now, I've tried a few models input ranges before, it was my first instruments of acceptable quality.
I love his look, his character and his Fender punch, though I regret this imbalance between the microphones and the lack of clarity in the sound but it takes all kinds to make a world and the range of stratocaster is no exception to the rule.

With experience, I will try several before finding one strat that I really equal. But this one has me much pleasure to play.
