Unlike anything I've read, there is on mine says "Made in Indonesia", but hey, as with any guitar relocated, the country does not change much.

3 G & L pickups simple that seem to me good.
One tone, one volume, a kind of bass contour by stooping low and enlèbe gain at the low blow by making the sound + sec. And a push-pull for the two missing combinations: neck pickup + bridge, and three microphones simultaneously. (Very nice to have a style Shellac).
The neck is very flat, and as everyone has said, and tell, the handle is the most enjoyable that I was seen test data.
UTILIZATION
Access to acute worthy of a Start.
The guitar is light, which is really not displease me.
The sound is quite distinctive, a Fender + dirty to me (perhaps my Blackstar that does this too), but very pleasant, with lots of mids, but very beautiful mediums. And with all the settings, it was a very very wide range.
SOUNDS
I have it next to a guitar with 2 humbuckers, and it is ideal as a complement. You can really do what you will, the very clean to very dirty, but not be accurate (unless desired ...).
I play on a Blackstar HT-5 (which, by the way is really a beautiful animal, despite its 5 watts. He has, to my surprise, held out in front again on drums).
As already mentioned, we can go on the lens we wanted a Fender, a fairly bold thing (again, the Blackstar is not for nothing I think).
I probably everything about this guitar, I even rediscovered the joys of micro central. And opportunities to make adjustments that do not get tired.
OVERALL OPINION
It sounds exaggerated, but knowing that I got + on sale for € 400 new, I really have no complaints really. Even at full price elsewhere, I would not say anything. I was a little rétissent the act of buying a Start, but I was always intrigued by G & L, I bought on a whim, and since everything is much better ... The pleasure of the guitar is reviendu. Thank you Leo ...
I would do this choice no doubt.
