I put my 8 to a killjoy because of the floyd licensed and that the tone knob is not used much ... you also have noticed?
UTILIZATION
-Handle extremely nice (some may not like the varnish, but that in no way harmed as it slides perfectly even with sweaty palms)
-Very good access to acute
-Good ergonomics, weight resonance if taken into account that the body is mahogany, small negative point: the whammy bar loosens all the time and ca irritates me to see horehound since I only use occasionally and I do not want to remove it.
-Good sound ... for about the c emg active. Some do not like me, I think it's monumental.
SOUNDS
So-ca is (rock / metal)
I even played with a 65W lamp Peavy (vintage amp) with a pedal korg AX1500G
I know has seen oeuil ca not break three legs to a duck but the emg active distos make this pedal low-end how to say ... monstrously enjoyable.
Scratch-this is quite versatile and connected to a good amp can get anything (in the metal rock of course) but especially the big sound whatever the clean is really nice.
-If you hate the sound of the scratching redeem your ears.
I put 10 taking into account the kind of music and the quality / price ratio because it will always be better if it is more expensive but the sound quality of this guitar is identical to see approaching those of high-end guitars of the same kind music.
OVERALL OPINION
I ale for 2 months but I waited five months:
ordered in a music store in Nancy waited five months. I was promised in the Avaya one week at the base and then every month I was told that the supplier does not Savai when it arrives so it made my patients through a small reduction in price: 790 €
I got tired of waiting I ordered from thomann ... it arrived in less than a week ...
"I love his aggressive look and finish that will say what some who do not like blue. And I see nothing wrong with the floyd from an original that could be subject to € 100 over and a tone control a little wider.
"I tried a mh1000 a ibanez prestige series, a BC Rich Warlock and a jackson dkmg
-Value / price bargain concurence € 815 from Thomann but not least negotiate a store margins seen in ... some are.
-I experience with the remake that choice but I order directly from thomann.
