I always play my old Squier Strat JV 83 (Japan Vintage 60's) that I love, that sounds so Strato I like with a set CS 57/62 originally fitted, I had to redo it a little violin and I did it as I want a proper strat to replace the time of operations.
I came to agree with me even to buy a Strat Custom player mexico blue basin with green plate bidet ... I love it! 450 €, po expensive for a very good violin but the set of micro CS 69 and it was not my cup, nasal, not too much body or sensuality ... blah.
So I pass by, and yarn needle I come across Tornado MS and all its customers very very happy with their purchase.
I contacted Marc reply by email the next morning, we refine my choices qq mails or he explains different options.
Set 60 L with a little pickup surbobiné.
I set the plate and then finally, I have the sound that I like, like my JV 83 plus a millimetric reactivity to play, always musical crunch, harmonic singing, great dynamics, all things I like .
And I rediscovered the violin CP 60 mexico, easy to play, good sustain vacuum (guarantee of good sound so well equipped in microphones), but precise mechanical vintage, action settled not too high, it borders but when I send c is also the charm of this strat, it just kick it, it sounds musical tjs.
Here I am with the sound of which I dreamed.
