I contacted Mark at the beginning of April for a set of microphones.
We exchanged by email and following our discussion and taking into account all my expectations, Marc told me a 60's Strat Set waxed with middle pickup RW / RP.
When unpacking microphones, they are wrapped in bubble wrap and are very well Calles, no movement takes place in the box during transport.
Each microphones are labels corresponding to their investments (neck, middle, bridge): Can this trick when wiring.
Wiring that it is relatively easy, welding microphones each one to avoid this mistake.
The original inside your guitar cables may be frown seeing the quality of wiring used by Marc is solid and very good quality.
I needed advice when wiring so I called Mark (circa 21h) who was kind enough to meet me and help me at this late hour: the service is provided and remarkably.
As regards the sound:
This is exactly what I needed, the sound of my strat has transformed the sound is warm and a hallucinatory clarity, the notes are very defined, my guitar has become dynamic and wish much more present than before .
We find indeed the sound of yesteryear, with exceptional build quality.
I think 230 euros for the service is impeccable and the good quality, and I have exactly the sound I was looking for months.
I am currently thinking about changing the pickups in my JS1200 by: Tornado MS. That is to say
