« Tornadoes these terrible 60's L series »
Published on 11/05/14 at 11:14I had my Les Paul with a set of 59 at Paf Storm and my Telecaster Nocaster set a 54. I was filled each time.
I failed my Strat, a classic player 60's with excellent violin but the sound was not there, flat featureless, whatever. So I decided to recontact Marc Aimar from what I was looking advised me set his 60's L series, with a set of pickup Gilmourish to optimize the sound into overdrive.
So ordering a prewired with a great wiring plate and a push pull to activate the neck pickup on the middle / bridge positions.
Upon receipt, I opened the package and pleasant surprise, great overall finish and mounting plate, 3 welds to make, easy.
The timing of the test finally arrived, plugged in to my fender 22w lamps, I took a real slap: the guitar sounds ever, magnitude, a perfect balance between the different mic positions, precision obligation Game given the precision microphones ...
I wanted her to Hendrix or SRV, well this is where Vintage wish. Super output level for simple, amazing.
The bridge pickup is really the set gilmourish top, not loud, nice and punchy and overdrive, it screams well ....
