SOUND QUALITY
I pasted this compressor with the others about sending a group of my stereo table, we can easily compare with other machines and send different sources just by pressing a button Slice the top ...
This compressor is very "guts" is square and round at the end, quite hard to describe.
From what the experts say, this comp was the output table Neve preamp which were enough "fat" and it was done to give a little "stiff", but not too much! Ben is a bit like that in mind ...
Otherwise it will not stain very poorly when entering into a whole battery for example, is BÔ! Ditto on guitars should sound "English" is BÔ! Ditto on the voice, Arg is BÔ anywhere really
Friends pros must shortly come to the studio mixing some tracks, I can not wait to see how they will use them and what they think, I want you informed, of course

OVERALL OPINION
basically I have a lot of compressor side of all technologies (1176, Summit TLA100, Joemmek VC1Qcs, dbx 160X, ...).
I really am this compressor (even though I know I have not yet made the turn, far from it!).
No real negative point, perhaps the Vu meters deserve to be enlightened, and yet ...
Value for money not bad at all (bought used on this site), and yes I do it again this choice
