Artican has launched The Mid-Sider, a stereo Mid/Side decoding plug-in for Windows that can be downloaded for free.
The Mid-Sider will be used in a stereo bus in your DAW. By default, the plug-in considers that the Mid channel is panned to the full left and the Side to the full right.
The GUI offers Mid and Side gain controls, as well as stereo width adjustment and a right/left button is also available.
The Mid-Sider is available in VST 2.3 format for Windows 32 and 64-bit, VST and AU versions for Mac OS X are planned.
You can download the plug-in for free from arcticanaudio.com/the-mid-sider/.
