I use it for less than a week. I took the group Jazz Flugel / Funk there three months, and I played 25 years in harmony with, in order: cornet, trumpet, euphonium, tuba and Lower SiB. I have recently been compared with a trumpet Bach 90s and a less expensive new Yamaha. The CarolBrass seems a little easier to play than the Bach, but does not have exactly the same sound. Mine sound a little less rich perhaps. The presence of two tuning slides is significant and allows it to compensate a little flaw: The slide in "D" is richer is a little more resistant to air the circular slide, which seems a little easier acute . Above all, Bach had much resistance to air my bugle, while there was very little difference between the CarolBrass and Bugle.
Yamaha is far behind, I prefer not to dwell.
This trumpet is much easier to play than my old bugle Courtois, and finally allows me to reach the high / high register (I discovered the bi against ut without the control).

I still noticed a small puncture on the polish flag, but nothing major.

The price is excellent for an instrument of this quality.
