Characteristic:
Pure Class A amp lamp 3 12AX7 and EL84 4. It sounds!
2 cannaux clean and overdrive command by optional footswitch (100 euros)
a boost also bought by the footswitch.

This amp takes the road, it is well above the fender Hot road in terms of power and Audible quality. Fender, to have a good sound, you have to put 2000 euros ... In stock I have loved VOX AC 30 but the overdrive crate are deeper (probably 2 HP)


USE

Simpler, you die! It should not be Demeur dcroch immediately the good sound, good blues / rock. I had a Mesa Boogie 22 much harder to sound good, he had to find the parameters of the room and rgler in consquence. But it sounded good after very well.
The equalizer crate is very accuracy of all we can shape DIFFERENT sounds easier than a Fender Twin the (my father in possde one).

SONORITS

Caution is amp Blues / rock not to play the Mtal at all (or so the pedals must ENTERING AND USING ...)

The clean channel is magnificent. Clear, soft or crystalline according rglages. This is an ideal combination with my Strat Fender New American Standard. It sounds Knofler. It's great for playing Sultan of Swing!
It can also play jazz, it sounds round and velvety with a Gibson SG neck pickup, all playing shades are transcribed perfectly.

On the SECOND cannal yields fabulous crunch biting overdrive. It sounds very Neil Young. The power is phenomenal, but I rpet in volume 2 to cover my drummer ...
Attention this is a sound blues / rock 60 ', 70'. For his latest, to buy Marshall.
Well, it's true that if I plug my Turbo Rat has sent svre but the grain remains vintage, we get a sound Stooges fawn.

I like the sound particulirement branch with Fuzz Face and my Gibson SG. I think I'm Santana.
In short this amp possde a beautiful grain.

The sound is very close to the old marshall in terms of overdives the clear channel is a marvel of limpidit as good as a Fender.

As against this amp does not tolerates bad guitars, as given that very faithfully retrancrit the sound of the guitar, if you plug Cort above, you will hear a Cort ... (J ' have tried.
But a branch Gibson or Fender intgrale and it is the foot!

NOTICE GLOBAL

I use it for 1 year.
I had a Peavey classic 30 also lights but had saturated the clear trend channel, for a fan of the crystal clear Knofler like me, I found it downright mediocre.
Yes, I would do this choice because the sound is well worth Fender or Marshall Amp triple the price.
What I like the most is the wide availability of 2 HP that allows playing in club without turning up the volume above 2 or 3, which allows not to tire the HP and not having a sound dirty.
I like also the overdrive puncher that can play solos fawn santana.
For 1000 euros in store with the footswitch, it is a very good report quality price.

Attention is amp Blues / jazz and rock 70, there is no need to look for modern sounds, it does not give you less utilser a crankset, but I'm the style I plug it sounds!

Really a very good amp unfortunately longer manufacture.
But you can still buy the head 33 V for 600 euros on the internet, simply add speakers.

The amp Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top. I bought 700 euros (end of series). The power is phenomenal little prs 0 double my Fender Internship 180 (180 watts transistor). You voil prvenu sound is standard as the size of the amp: the amp is off as two Peavey Classic 50 (lamps)
The distribution of this good power is provided by two 12 HP Crate ', has sent svre!
- 2 cannaux Clean and overdrive.
- Presence and boost button.
- Optional footswitch very useful.
- Possibility to branch over a speaker.
- The distribution is ensured by 7 Sovtek lamps: 3 and 4 pramplification amplification.
- The rglages are very simple treble, middle, bass + boost.
- Rverbe spring very 60s'

I hsiter between V1512 845 euros with 1 Hp Celestion more compact but the extent of 212 V33 convinced me.
Only BMOL size XXL amp that does not fit in the trunk of a Twingo without lowering the seat ...
I put 10 because the receiver does not weaken even pushed background, wake up what a city! Moreover it is guaranteed for 5 years ...

USE

Manual in English, but we do not need, it is not on a Line vetta, big sound is immediately obtained.
It's pretty typ Vox AC 30, and more powerful. We understand why the ZZ Top used!

SONORITS

The clean sound is truly sublime, worthy of a Fender rglage 210. The margin is not huge, but the sound is so beautiful that we did not look much the rglages. Connect with a telecaster, it is the top. Very roots! With a half body Ibanez, we get a sound the great George Benson ...

The overdrive channel is a total Russianness, Power chords are warm and round, it tranperce space. The sound is very alive, trsracitf.
The receiver sends a warm sound Hard / Blues with Dean Flying V, it sounds very rock style 60 with the Who Telecaster ...
For some solos Heavy, use a Boss DS1 pedal Genre.
Small BMOL: it's an amp for clubs, the scene, the Repeat 'or studio. Apartment, it is frankly inutilsable. Unless you only play clean 0.5 ...

Sold for 700 euros is frankly a bargain. The maniac Mtal will be a little due because the grain is vintage. For any other style of music and the musician who seeks power without breaking the bank this is the rv amp. Once one has tried hard to go a transistor ... I sold my internship fender 185 whose saturations were really rotten. There's nothing wrong lamps is another universe. As in the notice prcdent I point out that only the head V33 598 euros is still available.
I think that era is no longer to large all-tube amp. I tried a Peavey Valveking 100 watt Advent purchase the Crate peavey but clearly sounds worse, offers less power and especially sound too modern for me ... a vintage tube amp should sound which is the case of the Crate V33 212.

A monstrous power amp. Announced for 33 watt literally covers the 100 watt marshall the secong guitarist in my group as I am that 2. Compared Fender Hot Road 40 watts is double the power. So do not take to play flat.
I bought it because Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top) plays it. I wanted to have the same sound to the amp, it's done, is the talent ...

Spcificits:
- No fewer than seven lamps. Navigating in pure class A. So even with EMG 81, you will arrive to do the clean channel cruncher ... Fortunately there is an overdrive channel of all beauty.
The lamps are in pramplification AX7 3 and 4 EL84 amplification.

- 2 Channels slectionnables foot (pedal not included) plus a boost for solos (at the foot also) and presence (+ 10dB). I recommend buying the footswitch as it is an amp to play "live"

- Gain and Level destiny overdrive channel

- Dissemination 2 HP CRATE 12 that will not falter and increases the magnitude of the sound. Possibility to connect an external cabinet within 8 HMS in case you want to play at Stade de France!

I bought this amp just 800 euros, while the head is alone V33 600 euros.
Before I had a Fender Hot Road but it seemed a little too "ple" and starved of definition. And yes, the Fender brand is paid. So I sold the Fender a good price and buy the crate.

USE

Please note the amp is kind of large format and yes the power has to pay by volume. He times the width of the fender Hot Road but hey, at least it's solid!
No need to book, just plug and play the guitar.
Sound: the pure Rock 70 'heated Texan blues fawn.

SONORITS

I mainly play Hendrix, ZZ TOP, a little van Halen, of Sonic Youth.
It is the ideal amp to have warm tones. It is very far from the sound of the Fender Hot road, power is the distortion gnreuse flow like honey.
The fan will Mtal a little, they will go through an effects rack or pedal type trash master.
Personally I do not use any pedal I use the gain overdrive channel bottom with a push pedal VOX WHA and grave adcoiffe!

The clean channel is a marvel, my Start US branch, the intgral foot to play Hank Marvin.
Really Superior to Fender Hot road which I believe is a commercial product than anything else.
Connect a Les Paul you get a good big sound ideal round well for blues or jazz.

NOTICE GLOBAL

I can only advisable for this amp but I think it is no longer manufactured so just buy the head 600 euros and 4x12 Guitar Cabinets kind and you will cover a stadium.
The amp ideal for playing old as the Stones or Neil Young.
Unbeatable qualitprix report. It sounds as well as Rivera 2000 euros (essay in store).

7The more russis Crate amps through its seven lamps (March 12 AX7, 4 EL84) and two HP 12 '. The ridiculous price of 700 euros made me crack dfinitivement. It is a pure class A amp the old with inimitable grain. Only BMOL: not supplied footswitch ... even when I put ten because this XXL amp sounds better than a clean VOX AC 30 and the same in overdrive.

USE

Simpler you die. Thou branches and it is the foot Blues Rock. Ideal with Lespaul Gibson or copying.
With the footswitch (100 euros) is dclenche the boost for solos.
So basically we have three canals: clean, overdrive, overdrive + boost for solos.

SONORITS

The sound is fat standard crmeux, attention this amp is at least 200 watts ral. So privilgier for rpetitions or on stage.
The clean channel is fantastic we can very well play the blues like Jazz. But beware this is absolutely not an amp to play the variety genre Goldman. For funk on the other hand it's great. The clean channel is absolutely not saturate even push very hard.

Overdrive is a dlice include big sound very fat old marshall. This is great.
For crazy metal, at risk of being dcevant grain is typ vintage kind Clapton "sunshine of your love"
In short it is amp blues / rock but good with a pedal Trashmaster we get to make it sound mchamment violent.

NOTICE GLOBAL

It's amp is a bomb, only regret Weight: 23 pounds and the XXL format. But to have a real tube amp that does not saturate the First attack mdiateur a little manly ...
For a fan of the good old sound, thick and powerful, it is unbeatable.

Amp pure class A. 3 preamp lamps, 4 lamps amplification, Groovetube.

UTILIZATION

Easier you die. Just let the heat lamps and sends the sauce.
The sound is pretty typical vintage but supercharged!

SOUNDS

I play Henrix, the sonic Youth, the Santana etc ... In short I need a big sound.
The overdrive channel of this amp is phenomenal, it's hot powerful, bold, then when it starts the Boost oats severe, it is ten times better than a Marshall JCM 2000.
So no need to pedal, the amp is doing everything alone to send the ball. With a Les Paul is a crying sound, great guts!
Let the channel clear, it is not bad at all, very wide and ideal for hot blues, of course it's not worth a Fender Twin deluxe 2000 euros but it's really good anyway. The sound of the guitar appears enhanced.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 years on stage and in the studio, I had a fender, a peavey classic 30 falling down all the time. I am very happy with this amp, it is so powerful that I never mounted above 3.

54lb super loud!!I have played for about 20 yrs. Played a lot of junk and some good amps.
I grew up in the late 70's rockandroll and southern rock era. I play a fender lonestar
and gibson sg.

I was looking for another tube amp and saw this one online at zzounds. 33watts and 2
12's all tube it was only 249.00 money back if I wasn't satisfied so I gave it a shot.

Very pleased with the tone of this amp. Great highs good bottom. Old school looks and loud,
Really good clean channel, and add pedals and get just about any sound you want. For the money there is nothing to compare it with!
33watts 2 12'50watt speakers 3-12AX7 preamp,
4-EL84 tubes.

The overdrive and boost channel don't sound
very good at all. muffed, dark, muddy, but
the clean channel with some decent pedals you don't need it.

Built strong nothing falling off or broke after 1yr. so far so good. Check out the video on youtube for crate v50 amp!!!!

I have changed the stock speakers and added two 75watt eminence and just improved me adding more volume.Thinking about playing around with the preamp tubes. Very happy with this amp it sounds as good as those 700 to 1000 dollar amps.
