See other opinions :-)

I put 8 as casually head is complete.
Really well done.

It lacks a master general, that's not super good at practice but after a while they know the settings so it will have been worse as the default.

UTILIZATION

The setup is simple enough to not be known what we do.

What I mean is that if you touch it just to fuck the lower bottom, mids and treble to 0 in the middle ...
it's a shame ...

In any case there's no secret:
while at noon, it works well, after that there's more sculptured, and is very effective.
And there are some more settings, such as the ability to choose how often acted on the treble knob (on the lead channel)
or the possibility of adding a few dB in the midrange (crunch channel).

Not need the manual, which is still pretty cool:)

In short, no complaints on that side, regardless of the channel on which you play, the sound will be directed, and that's great!

Last but very pleasant: the volume is very gradual, the head, contrary to popular belief, is pleasantly playable at reasonable volume, and on top of that, the gain setting of each channel is progressive and really accurate.

SOUNDS

This amp was perfect for my style of music, I say "appropriate" because I have no group today
and unfortunately I do not play anymore, she sleeps with my parents.

I played the neometal, tend a bit hardcore.
I played it with an Ibanez RG7 fitted with a DiMarzio Vai signature, and an EMG ESP Ultratone 7 in 707.
And the head was accompanied by his friend the cabinet in Crate V30 (also huge).

This head is top because it gave me the versatility I needed a clean passing nikel, it lacks a bit of roundness, but by inflating a little low right now it's going better. In any case even with high gain pickups that can remain crystalline.

A crunch is going good bluesy crunch Californian or a huuuuge in rhythmic crunch (limit more enjoyable than the lead, but it is personal, I like the large grains).

As for the lead, it is big, very big. The palm mute to wicked, a special grain, but I love, less conventional than the crunch, which gives it charm.

Basically, it sounds very Californian, even though the crunch has just british air.

I recorded a song with: www.myspace.com / kandjar

Judge for yourself.

OVERALL OPINION

I utillisée two years, for concerts, a few rehearsals and recording.
I like his versatility and strong personality.

The price / quality ratio is unbeatable in today for me.
3 channels also huge for the money, it's just indecent.

If one day I get to put together a group, I think I would not hesitate.

In the meantime, I'll part with it because it hurts my heart to see her sleep ...
