1969 Steinway features the samples of a Model D Concert grand piano recorded with no less than 6 microphone positions (overhead, keyboard, damper, spot, ambient and room). You’ll find among the 9272 files staccato samples with round robin and 8DIO included 12 piano morphing patches in which the editor blended the instrument sound with others sounds from its catalog.
The library for Kontakt 4/5 includes controls for the volume pedal, velocity curves, EQ, convolution reverb, attack, release, output, and a Purge feature is also included.
1969 Steinway is available for the introductory price of $99 instead of $149 until February 15th. You can listen to audio demos at 8dio.com.
