The new sound library for the Toontrack EZkeys virtual piano is fully dedicated to the Mellotron M400 electric piano.
Mellotoon features 15 individual “instruments”, all have been sampled from a Mellotron M400 electric piano and use a blend of direct and amplified signals. The instrument was recorded in a studio in Sweden through a Music Man RD50 amp, an Avalon U5 and Telefunken U47, Coles 4038 and DAD AX24 microphones.
The library also features a collection of effect chain presets directly usable in EZkeys and you get all the usual controls of the EZkeys software.
Pricing: 159€ or 69€ if you already own one or more pianos in the EZkeys series. You can listen to demos at www.toontrack.com.
