Aly James' FMDrive virtual synth for Windows has been updated to version 1.2.3.
New in this update:
- Improved envelopes for higher fidelity to the original
- Adjusted internal volume tables
- New selection method for the SSG envelopes
- DAC distortion (ladder effect) adjustment is based on the imported PCM
- DAC on/off register is now stored with the presets
- Corrected an issue with the memory (some registers of the YM2612 not updated when closing and reopening the plug-in GUI when loading a preset)
- Ability to adjust the Pitch Bend range (1–12 semitones)
- Polyphonic portamento and glide modes
- Chipset register and GUI sync correction
- Reversed envelope sliders for enhanced compatibility with GenMDM (MIDI communication interface with the console)
