KV331 Audio has released Aiynz Zahev's Factory Expansion Bank for their SynthMaster 2.5 software synthesizer.
This soundbank brings 50 new presets in a range of styles: Inspiration was taken from film scores, trance and electro house, progressive house and other electronic genres. Although the set is geared more towards modern sounds, the sounds also incorporate oscillator drift and random modulations to create movement and spontaneity associated with the classic analog synths.
There are sounds suitable for filmscore, ambient, chillout and similar styles as well as high energy music suitable for dance genres. Modulations are available on most patches from the EZ and XY controls.
The presets in this soundbank are categorized as:
- 9 Arps.
- 9 Basses.
- 3 Atmospheres.
- 7 Leads.
- 6 Pads.
- 7 Plucks.
- 9 Sound Effects.
Half of the new presets are included in the demo versions of SynthMaster as well, increasing the total number of demo factory presets to 225. The download links for the demo versions are:
