u-he has announced details on the upcoming ZebraHZ, a special version of Zebra.
This was a version that Hans Zimmer used in the soundtracks of the Dark Knight trilogy of Batman films.
For the soundtrack HZ used a custom built Zebra with Diva filters and some prototype features originally planned for Zebra3. It isn’t perfect, e.g. the “Diva” filters are mono, there’s no multicore support, significant CPU drain if the extras are used. ZebraHZ should run nicely as a *separate* plugin, though, according to u-he.
Pricing:
Sells for 99$, requires an existing Zebra license.
