UVI has released Falcon, a hybrid instrument between sampling and synthesis.
Falcon proposes to explore the intersection of sampling and synthesis with unlimited layering of 15 unique oscillators, over 80 effects, powerful modulation generators, fully scriptable event processors and more. Sound can be created and manipulated with unparalleled precision and finesse, from basic sample slicing and synthesis to extravagant multitimbral hybrids.
Falcon runs stand-alone or in a DAW, is natively surround capable up to 10.2 channels and can take about any sound that can be thrown at it (and some pictures, too). After registration, users will get a free $100 voucher towards any sound library on UVI.net.
Until November 9, Falcon is available at a special introductory price of $229.
