Arturia released on the AppStore the iProphet app for iPad, which reproduces the circuit of Sequential Circuits’ legendary digital synth.
iProphet features 4 oscillators that can be sculpted with a multimode filter (high-pass, low-pass, band-pass and band-reject) and morphed via the joystick or the Vector mode with its vector envelope. An effect section includes chorus, overdrive and delay.
The iProphet can be used for evolving pads, leads and bass sounds. It ships with 500 presets created by renown sound designers and you can exchange presets between the iPad app and the Prophet V virtual synth on Mac/PC.
The iProphet app is compatible with Core MIDI, inter-app audio and Audiobus, and it is also Tabletop-ready.
iProphet requires an iPad 3 or later, it is available at the AppStore for 8.99€ / $9.99.
