Launchpad users are invited to put their own spin on it, upload and submit for a chance to win some AIAIAI headphones, Novation Bass Station II, as well as promotion of their remix.
The remix pack is free to download – bursting with authentic drums, astral synth patterns and plenty of bass. There are no rules on genre – so you can flip it however you like. Novation announce they will be judging on performance, originality and style, and if you have Launchpad for iPad you can also bring in your own sounds and loops using the Audio Import feature but must maintain at least 1 melodic and 1 drum pad at some point throughout their submission.
In the end, the remixed track must be 2 to 5 minutes long (anything outside this time limit will not be considered for entry) and must be posted on your SoundCloud account. Entries are limited to 1 per user and entrants must be age 16+.
The competition is now open, and will be running until 30th November.
