Generate sounds from your visual environment, that’s what Alexander Zolotov with his Nature - Oscillator virtual synth app.
Nature – Oscillator is an application for iOS, Android and Linux that uses the spectral synthesis algorithm developed for the Virtual ANS synth. You’ll use the camera of your computer or iDevice to generate the sound. The synth continuously reads what is captured by the camera and interprets it as the sound spectrum. You can change the amplitude, type and speed of the scan curve.
