Grosso is a phrase-based symphonic library for Kontakt 5 and the Free Kontakt Player 5. It features more than 36 000 samples, and is available in two editions: 16-bit for 12 GB uncompressed and 24-bit that weighs 23.4GB uncompressed.
Grosso includes patches for strings (52 instruments, including violins, violas, cellos and basses), brass (12: tubas, trombones, horns and trumpets), percussions (8: taiko and classic percussions), woodwinds (12: bassoons, clarinets, oboes, flutes and piccolos) and choir (24 voice ensemble with soprano, alto, tenor and bass).
The library offers a nice range of tools, including a Dynamic Builder for transitions, time stretch and temp sync features that use the Native Instruments Time Machine Pro 2, and the Sonokinetic Intelligent Tempo Mapping function.
Grosso also offers 4 user presets and you’ll see in the custom Kontakt GUI the score of your composition.
