SampleOddity has released Monster Cookie Tins, a collection of unusual percussive instruments for Kontakt.
The various shapes and sizes of tins sampled for this set produced sounds like bells, steel drums, hang drums, and other oddly metallic tones. Manipulating the source sounds yielded further sonic oddities, atmospheric pads, and chromatic instruments, the company says.
Includes 20 instruments:
- 7 Percussive tins with 10x round robin sampling, multiple velocities and articulations.
- 13 assorted goodies – chromatic tones, hits and atmospheric pads.
- 521MB of samples / 211MB.rar download.
