I should note that when purchasing this software, I encountered a bug on the site's servers: I paid twice the license and I have not had any download link. I immediately wrote an email (in French!) And got a response within 6 hours. They have counted me an order and sent me the download link immediately.
The after sales service is really good: they are fast, polite, they speak French (maybe it's nothing like that but for some it can be useful), there are frequent updates.
