Friday's Freeware: UFO Zone Edition

This week, Audiofanzine welcomes VST Zone, a plugin editor who offers a subtractive synth in VSTi and standalone formats on Windows.

UFO Zone Edition is a virtual subtractive synth equipped with three oscillators. Two of them share a filter and their frequencies are modulated by two LFOs. The third OSC has its own filter and its frequency is modulated by three LFOs, two of them are graphical. An effect section is included, along with presets with a randomization feature. VST Zone adds that new presets will be available in the future.

UFO Zone Edition features:

3 oscillators with multiple waveforms
3 LFOs based on Ikeda map, Lorenz and Rössler attractors
2 noise generators for all the oscillators (including the LFOs)
10 filters
Effect section with delay, chorus and reverb
Voice manager for the polyphony (possibility to choose the number of voices for each preset)

Virtual keyboard in the standalone version
