The new 8Dio Fusion Modeling series offers instrument collection with expanded control, for it combines crossfaded deep-sampling and physical modeling for the vibrato. It also includes the Flow-Bow technology for all the legato sustains (hold the sustain pedal to generate new sustained notes).
The first library in this Fusion Modeling series is dedicated to Electric Violin, an 8 GB (3.7 GB compressed) collection featuring more than 9,700 samples. You’ll get three types of legato and sustains, trills, tremolos and harmonics, round robin-based spiccato, pizzicato, col legno and staccato, 6 types of synced dynamic bows, the Chaos FX 3 engine with step sequencer, EQ, stereo delay, distortion, bit crusher, two convolution reverbs and a random option for the full rack.
Electric Violin requires the full version of Kontakt 5.3, it is available for the introductory price of $99 instead of $149 until July 1st. More info at 8dio.com.
